1. Eligibility for Returns

• Custom Designs: Due to the personalized nature of custom shirts, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the shirt is defective, damaged, or significantly differs from the approved design proof.
• Non-Custom Designs: If the shirt is from our standard collection (non-customized), returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Defects or Errors: If the shirt has any defects in materials or workmanship, or if the design does not match the approved proof, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.
• Proof of Purchase: To process a return, proof of purchase and a copy of the approved design proof must be provided.
• Unworn Condition: The shirt must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. We cannot accept returns of worn or washed items unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

• Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
• Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
• Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
